YOUR JOB AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be in charge of promoting the development and guaranteeing the coherence of the Health and Nutrition sector, in its technical, operational, research and advocacy dimensions.
More specifically, it will involve:
Developing, promoting and contributing to ACF’s strategies, positioning and operations;
Enable learning and evolution of practices within the sector;
Ensure the development and monitoring of operational research;
Ensure the management of the sector;
Promote the visibility and notoriety of ACF in terms of Health and Nutrition;
Promote and contribute to strategies, positioning and technical and research development within humanitarian coordination and global and international actors.

YOUR PROFILE

Holder of a minimum Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Sciences or Nutrition, you have significant experience of at least 5 years, including 2 years in a coordination position in an international solidarity context, and a one-year experience of coordination or management in the headquarters of an international organization.
You also master the fundamentals of public health, as well as the principles and theories of nutrition. You also have experience in the practice of approaches and methodologies in epidemiology and global health.
Autonomous and rigorous, you have excellent writing and interpersonal skills, and know how to communicate effectively.
Concerned about the well-being of your teams, you have excellent team management skills.
Fluency in both oral and written English is essential.
A doctorate in the relevant sector and/or experience in care and prevention is a plus.

YOUR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

– Status: Independent Executive – Permanent contract – Full-time
– Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
– Remuneration: – From 46 to 52KEUR gross annually over 13 months depending on experience
– Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters

– Benefits: – 20 days of RTT
– Health cover, provident insurance: 80% covered by ACF (100% covered for the year 2023)

– It has been defined for this position a mandatory presence at headquarters for 2 days per month, outside of collective face-to-face times.
