Job Description

• Dispensing of medicines
• Counseling on medicine use, disease conditions, management and preventive methods
• Supervising Health Care Assistants
• Faithfully discharging all duties according to laid down Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth running of the Business
• Drive revenue generation through sales
• Analyzing competitors’ performance to safeguard and further promote our position in the market
• Track store’s inventory to ensure adequate product mix.
• Creating awareness of the Pharmacy’s products and services in the community to: Doctors, Pharmacists and other medical personnel in hospitals/clinics, o Residents and other businesses
• Perform any other duty as may be assigned to the position

Desired Skills & Experience

• A registered Pharmacist
• Friendly and mature disposition
• Good customer satisfaction skills
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales and Target oriented.
