Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Medical Receptionist.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to patients and visitors.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments.
• Maintain patient records and documentation.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Process patient registrations and payments.
• Support administrative operations within the facility.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Previous experience in a hospital or clinic environment is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Salary
N120,000 – N180,000 per month.
