Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy services to women, including assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing support.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities and techniques that are effective for treating trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health conditions.
- Collaborate with other members of the organization, to develop and implement a comprehensive approach to mental health services that is client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing therapy services to women, preferably in a trauma-informed setting.
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and techniques for treating trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health conditions.
- Experience working with women from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the organization to develop and implement a comprehensive approach to mental health services.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Commitment to social justice, equity, and empowerment for the community of women supported by the organization.
