Key Responsibilities
- Therapeutic Support: Deliver or assist with therapy sessions, including speech therapy, occupational therapy, and applied behavior analysis
- Care Plan Implementation: Execute individualized therapy plans designed in collaboration with lead therapists.
- Parental Engagement: Provide guidance and basic support to parents and caregivers during and after therapy sessions to reinforce progress at home.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and child development reports.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with educators, therapists, and other staff members to ensure integrated and holistic care for children.
- Continuous Development: Participate actively in training programs, workshops, and professional development opportunities to improve knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a related field (e.g., Early childhood education, Psychology, Public health, Special Education,
- Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or other relevant disciplines).
- Previous experience working with children with autism or special needs is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassion, patience, and commitment to supporting children and families.
