YOUR JOB AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the responsibility of the Country Director, your role will be to coordinate ACF’s interventions in the area of ​​intervention.
More specifically, you will:
– Coordinate the implementation of ACF’s country strategy in its area of ​​intervention
– Coordinate program activities in the field by monitoring planned projects and new projects with department heads and program managers. You will have to supervise the activities of the support services at the field level, in collaboration with the heads of the support department and guarantee the synergy between the technical and support teams at the field level
– Manage the teams in the area by participating in recruitment, training needs and compliance with the charter and in the fight against fraud and abuse of power – Facilitate good relations with the coordination teams by keeping them informed of program progress, asking for support if necessary and monitoring the follow-up of recommendations from the technical and support departments – Represent ACF and ensure relations with partners, authorities, United Nations agencies and NGOs in the area of ​​intervention – Ensure

YOUR PROFILE
Graduate of a Humanitarian or Generalist Master’s degree, you have at least 3 years’ experience in coordination of a base, management of humanitarian programs. Experience with ACF in this position would be a plus. You are fluent in French and have a good written and spoken level in English. e know the humanitarian principles perfectly and are able to disseminate them and have them respected. With a good resistance to stress, you are able to work in an unstable secure environment. Having experience in security management, you know how to collect information and analyze the context. You master internal and external reporting tools and procedures and know how to manage and apply a continuous control mechanism for operations in order to increase their quality and identify and limit the risks associated with their implementation. Finally, you are able to define and transmit a direction and a vision to its teams with diplomacy, patience and working as a team.
YOUR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
– Fixed-term contract under French law: 12 months
– Gross monthly salary: from 2450 to 2800EUR depending on experience
– Pension insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary – Base salary increase: 6%
every 12 months of continuous contract –
Per diem and monthly living expenses: 699EUR (cf eurocost) net, paid in the field – Monthly
context allowance: 450EUR
– Child allowance: 1500EUR per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000EUR/year)
– Transport and accommodation: Support for travel and collective accommodation
– Medical coverage: 100% of the payment of health contributions (CFE + complementary health) and repatriation insurance
