YOUR POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role will be to identify and implement quality, relevant and innovative SMPS interventions in compliance with the strategy, ACF and international standards and national policies.
More precisely, your missions will be to:
– Fuel reflection on the strategy and positioning of the SMPS department;
– Identify needs and contribute to the formulation of projects;
– Ensure the implementation, monitoring and reporting of SMPS projects;
– Contribute to the Quality and Accountability processes and to measuring the impact of its program;
– Participate in ACF coordination, representation and partnerships in your area of ​​intervention;
– Supervise and manage your teams;
– Contribute to the capitalization of technical development within its sector;
– Guarantee and ensure the confidentiality of data collected during SMPS activities.
YOUR PROFILE
You hold a BAC + 5 diploma in clinical psychology.
You have international experience of at least 1 year, ideally with ACF or another NGO in an SMSP PR position. Experience in team management and training would be appreciated.
You have a good knowledge of project management tools (budget management, logistics, indicator monitoring).
You also demonstrate diplomacy, good interpersonal and adaptation skills (essential for working in Basse Kotto).
Knowledge of commitment to ACF intervention objectives and principles and standard documents would be an advantage.
