YOUR JOB AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the supervision of the Field Coordinator, your role will be to plan and implement nutrition and health programs in compliance with ACF strategy and standards, national policies and international standards.
More specifically, you will be in charge of:
– Implementing and supervising the quality of nutrition-health project activities
– Ensuring efficient project management and contributing to the development of nutrition-health programs implemented in Ouham-pende
– Train, supervise and manage ACF teams
– Participate in the coordination, representation and partnerships of ACF with partners and other actors in its area of ​​intervention

YOUR PROFILE

– Diploma in nursing or medicine with confirmed experience in PCIMA, PCIME and SSR
– Experience of at least 2 years in the humanitarian sector in an INGO as a project manager including technical team management, capacity building capacities, and in collaboration with other NGOs, state partners and community organizations
– Work experience in project management (mastery of project cycle tools)
– Mastery of primary care protocols and international standards recommended
– Strong organizational skills, to prioritize tasks and work under pressure, and demonstrate patience, diplomacy and adaptability
– Writing, analysis and synthesis skills
– Ability to work in an intercultural context, to work in a team, and to show patience, diplomacy and adaptation
– Excellent command of French (read, written, spoken), command of English is an asset
– The mastery of primary care protocols and international standards and experience in CAR would be a plus

YOUR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

– Fixed-term contract under French law: 12 months
– Gross monthly salary: from 2130 to 2475EUR depending on experience
– Pension insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of the gross monthly salary
– Specific multi-post allowance country: 15% of gross monthly salary
– Base salary increase: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract
– Monthly per diem and living expenses: 699EUR (cf eurocost) net, paid in the field
– Monthly context allowance: 450EUR
– Cold Premium: Reimbursement for the purchase of cold equipment up to EUR 380 per person per year in very cold contexts
– Child allowance: 1500EUR per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000EUR/year)
– Transport and housing: Support for travel and collective housing
– Medical cover: 100% of the payment of contributions health (CFE + complementary health) and repatriation insurance
– Salary maintenance schemes (sickness, maternity, paternity)
– Leave and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; ticket support with ceiling to go to the break zone c
