YOUR JOB AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the supervision of the Field Coordinator, and in the provinces of Sila and Ouaddai, your main mission will be to respond to the Sudanese emergency in Chad, and more specifically to: – Coordinate (Plan, implement, Monitor and Evaluate) the
implementation implementation of ACF Health and Nutrition projects in the provinces of Sila and Ouaddai;
– Ensure quality reporting in compliance with the timetable and the requirements of Action Against Hunger and donors;
– Support the administrative and financial management of health nutrition projects in the provinces of Sila and Ouaddai (recruitment, training, staff performance monitoring, budget forecasting and analysis, development of PAP, etc.);

YOUR PROFILE

Experience and training:
– Diploma of nurse or doctor with experience in IMCI, IMCI and SSR in emergency contexts
– Experience of at least 5 years in the humanitarian sector in INGO as project or program manager, including technical team management;
– Work experience in project management (good knowledge of tools and the project cycle);
– Work experience in health centers or in isolated areas, difficult to access and in an unstable security context, is an asset;
– Experience in the management of health and nutritional emergencies, capacity building, and in collaboration with other NGOs, state partners and community organizations;
– Experience in Chad would be an asset;
Skills required:
– Mastery of care protocols at primary and secondary level and international standards recommended;
– Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure, especially in emergency contexts;
– Writing, analysis and synthesis skills;
– Ability to work in an intercultural and volatile context;
– Demonstrate patience, diplomacy and adaptability;
– Ability to work in a team and independently;

YOUR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

– 3 months of fixed-term contract under French law
– Gross monthly starting salary from 2130 to 2485 EUR depending on experience
– Per diem and monthly living expenses: 686EUR (cf eurocost) net, paid on field.
– Monthly context allowance: 150EUR
– Child allowance: 1500EUR per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000EUR/year)
– 16% of gross monthly salary for pension insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens.
– Transport and accommodation: Support for travel and collective accommodation
– Medical cover: 100% of the payment of health contributions (CFE + complementary health) and repatriation insurance
– Leave and RnR: 25 days per year, 20 RTT per year and 215EUR paid during the recovery period
