Key Responsibilities

  • Manage budgets and financial plans and control expenditure.
  • Plan and organize accommodation, catering and other related services.
  • Plan work schedules for individuals and teams.
  • Deal with patients and employees complaints.
  • Address problems and troubleshoot accordingly.
  • Supervise maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings.
  • Deal with contractors and suppliers.
  • Carry out inspections of property and services.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
  • Liaising with other internal stakeholders to assure patient and client satisfaction and business success.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • 8 to 12 years hands-on experience (with at least 5 years in same/similar position).
  • Previous experience in Hotel/Hospitality Management in a standard setting is a requirement.
  • Previous or current experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.
