Key Responsibilities
- Manage budgets and financial plans and control expenditure.
- Plan and organize accommodation, catering and other related services.
- Plan work schedules for individuals and teams.
- Deal with patients and employees complaints.
- Address problems and troubleshoot accordingly.
- Supervise maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings.
- Deal with contractors and suppliers.
- Carry out inspections of property and services.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
- Liaising with other internal stakeholders to assure patient and client satisfaction and business success.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- 8 to 12 years hands-on experience (with at least 5 years in same/similar position).
- Previous experience in Hotel/Hospitality Management in a standard setting is a requirement.
- Previous or current experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.
