We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Registered Nurse – Call Centre Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will:

  • Obtain client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients and prospects; verifying information.
  • Determine eligibility by reviewing enrolee/client database for information.
  • Inform subscribers, clients and providers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
  • Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems.
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
  • Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
  • Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. Degree in Nursing Science, Staff Nurse or Staff Nursed / Midwife post NYSC where applicable.
  • Must have 0-2 years experience.
