YOUR JOB AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be in charge of implementing the SMSP activities planned in the projects of the Drodro area.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
– Implementing and supervising the SMSP activities of the Drodro sub-base projects;
– Supervise and train the project team and coordinate their activities;
– Develop and participate in the SMPS strategy and the writing of new interventions;
– Provide analyzes on the strategy and positioning of the Mental Health and Psychosocial Support department in the area of ​​intervention;
– Represent ACF and develop local partnerships;
– Ensure internal reporting and scheduled deadlines, as well as the functionality of accountability mechanisms, the fight against fraud and against SEA cases.

YOUR PROFILE

– You hold a baccalaureate + 5 in Psychology;
– You have at least 2 years’ experience in project management, in humanitarian work in a complex context;
– You have recognized experience in team management and have demonstrated skills as a trainer, you are committed to increasing the skills and empowering your teams;
– You have a perfect command of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);
– You know humanitarian psychology;
– You have good reporting and project budget management skills;
– You have a good knowledge of Action Against Hunger’s intervention principles;
– You are fluent in French (read, written, spoken).

YOUR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

– Fixed-term contract under French law: 6 months
– Gross monthly salary: from EUR 2,130 to EUR 2,475 depending on experience
– Pension insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary
– Base salary increase: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract
– Monthly per diem and living expenses: $1031 net, paid in the field
– Monthly context allowance: EUR 450
– Child allowance: EUR 1500 per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000EUR/year)
– Transport and accommodation: Support for travel and collective accommodation
– Medical cover: 100% of the payment of health contributions (CFE + complementary health) and repatriation insurance
– Salary maintenance schemes (sickness, maternity, paternity)
– Leave and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; payment of the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break zone, and 215EUR lump sum compensation per RnR
